Peña Global began operations in August 2007. The company was formed out of our founder’s Rico Peña’s passion to help others achieve their very best and his experiences of training and serving with elite performing team in the Marine CORPS. After the economic collapse in 2008 he began getting requests from corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations who wished to reposition their team’s approach to problem solving by engaging the best people, precise strategies and clear communication that could enhance their culture, their business reality and above all captivate their clients.

Peña Global has extensive experience providing profitable and effective results that has generated a track record of significant success. With over 25 years of experience in working with individuals, business and Fortune 500 companies around the world, Rico is a dynamic consultant, facilitator, author and business development specialist. He works with executives to define,hire,train and develop high performing teams and high net worth business models. He combines  innovative business strategies, Tactical Behavioral Science the latest technologies to guide companies to achieve productive and profitable growth. He is bilingual and a former Marine,author as well as a multi award winning, minority-owned and a service disabled veteran-owned business. (NAICS:611430). ANDI PEÑA

Andi has a Master's Degree in Counseling, a certification as a human behavior consultant, and decades of experience as an executive trainer, fitness instructor,black belt and owner of a martial arts studio and mentor. This strong foundation helps her to be the sounding board that has helps many clients to re frame and re adjust issues and challenges in a way that they reach the next level. By combining tailored communication, science and fitness she will help you empowering you to reach your full potential for greater personal and business growth.
